Shipping & Delivery
Free Shipping for ALL orders over $250

All orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. If we cannot source any of your items within 48 hours we will notify you via phone and/or email that there has been a delay with your order.

Domesic Shipping

All domesic orders are charged a flat rate of $7.50 and shipped using TNT Express or Australia Post.

Delivery to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch and between 2 to 5 days for regional areas.

Please note that during SALE periods deliveries will take an extra 3-4 days to dispatch on top of normal delivery times.

International Shipping

For International orders we charge a flat rate of $25 and ship via FedEx

Jack London recommends customers provide a secure delivery address, for example your place of employment as we are NOT responsible for stolen parcels.

Returns and Exchanges
Claude Maus online store is happy to offer customers an exchange or refund for items purchased online within 21 days from the date received. We are happy to offer and exchange or credit note for sale items. Refunds are not issued for sale or discounted items unless a manufacturers fault is found. Items must be in original condition and all tags must remain in place.

If you wish to receive a refund or exchange your item(s) please choose from the two options below:

Return/Exchange by post

All deliveries are issued with an Online Store Returns Form. This must be completed and sent back with your return, along with your receipt to:

Claude Maus Online

Once the item(s) have been received and reviewed, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or a refund for the cost of the purchase (excluding original shipping cost). Refunds will be issued directly to the credit card used for the purchase. Email notification will be sent once the return has been processed.

Exchange at a store

Claude Maus will exchange online purchases for 'change of mind' reasons at any store within 21 days of purchase. The online receipt and the purchase credit card are required when making an exchange. Please note that Claude Maus stores can exchange items purchased online but are unable to issue refunds. Refunds can only be processed by the online store.

If your item is faulty please contact us on (03) 9429 0000 or email us at claudeonline@claudemaus.com.au and we will send an express post satchel for you to return the faulty item. Once the item has been received we will happily issue you with a full refund.
Colours & Sizes
Please note that colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor.

Sold Out Items
If an item you have ordered is out of stock online, we will attempt to locate your item at another store, and dispatch to you as soon as the item becomes available. We will notify you if the item has sold out across all stores.

If a specific size or colour is not listed it is currently out of stock or sold out.
Product Care
Claude Maus uses only the highest quality fabrics. However, due to their delicate nature, garment care instructions must be followed. Garments particularly intricate or delicate, may have special dry-cleaning requirements. We recommend you use only a trusted and reputable dry-cleaner.

Please note beads and sequins may also be lost or damaged if worn in conditions where continual rubbing occurs. Treat your Jack London pieces with care and love!


We recommend spraying footwear with the appropriate protector before wear.
